Cancellation Policy
Introduction

At OxLearning, we aim to provide flexible subscription plans to meet our customers’ needs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions.

Cancellation Terms

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers can cancel a subscription at any time.

2. Valid Cancellation Method

The only valid way to cancel a subscription is via the portal of the customer who pays for the subscription.

3. Billing Post-Cancellation

Once a customer has cancelled a subscription, they will not be billed further by OxLearning for the cancelled subscription.

4. Access Post-Cancellation

Once a customer has cancelled their subscription, they will continue to receive access to the Platform for the remainder of the period that they have already paid for.

5. Refunds and Payments

  • A customer has no right to any refund of a subscription payment taken before the time that they cancel their subscription, except where the conditions of the refund policy are met.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer is on a monthly subscription plan and cancels 15 days (of 30 days) into their latest subscription period, the customer will retain access to the Platform for the remaining 15 days still covered by their last payment. They will not be entitled to a refund of any amount of their last payment. Once the remainder of the term length of the subscription is finished, the customer will automatically lose access to the Platform; they will not be charged further.
  • Refund Conditions

    If a customer cancels their subscription and meets the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, they may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refund eligibility and the process to request a refund.
